Set in the picturesque area of Owings Mill, Maryland, the aptly named View at Mill Run apartment community sits amidst a 1,900 acres natural area with views for every resident.

The six-story wood constructed complex is based on the architectural style known as the “Texas Donut.” The style features a parking garage in the center, allowing for convienent access to the community. With a variety of floor plans that include both a one-bedroom and two-bedroom loft unit, the the building offers a spacious plan for everyone. The building also has amenities such as a billiard room, a fitness area and yoga room.

The building followed the HUD 221(d)(4) financing program.
