Part of the design challenge was maintaining the dramatic, architectural window style of the building, which was carefully replicated by Pella. The incredible green-roofed underground garage with 2-car per unit spaces has direct building access. Large storage rooms for each home are located in the Lower Level.

Perched on a hill above town and surrounded by nature, the Highcroft Lofts feature the prominant Manor Home, which encompasses 12-16 units with 8 independent garages. The ground floor units have direct garage access, along with the option of studio, one, two and two-bedroom den units of 864 -1508 square feet.

The community features a community clubhouse as well, featuring a lounge, gathering rooms, business center, game gallery, entertaining kitchen and fitness center.

The code emphasizes the physical form of a place as the basis for code provisions, de-emphasizing the separation of uses. Gate 17 Architecture worked with the developer to achieve this designation.
